The burma massacre is currently taking place whereby millions of Muslims are being murdered by the “mag” who are extremist Buddhists.
I understand this issue completely and the worse thing is that there is harldy any media coverage on this issue. So how are people exactly menat to know about it?
When kony abducted children from their own home, and made girls into sex slaves, and boys into child soliders it was hardly noticed. It literally took over three years for people to actually notice what Kony was doing. This was hardly shown possibly due to Kony not being a muslim however if he was then it would have instantly been on the news and he would have been shown as a “terrorist”. Burma is populated with only 15% of muslims whilst the rest are buddists and other religions. 1.5 million of these muslims seeked refugee but no one seemed to help. Due to the small minority of muslims and those attacking are the “mag” (being buddhists ) this may be a reason for the non coverage. If the “mag” where muslims then immeditaley the stereotype would arise and onnce again muslims would be blamed things and because in Burma muslims are the victims no one seems to care. How is this even right?
